Case study 3: Policies on management of communal natural resources in the Ethiopian Highlands

This case study is looking at changes in regional-level policies affecting management of communal natural resources in Tigray. It is being conducted in collaboration with Mekele Universty Department of Natural Resource Economics and Management. Fieldwork was carried out between July and September 2006.
